Privacy notice

The iqmodul website is being prepared. The operator’s identity and privacy contact have not yet been supplied. This overview describes the current technical operation; it does not replace a complete GDPR notice from the controller.
Forms and personal data
The consultation forms are demonstrations. Names and phone numbers are validated only in the browser; the application does not send them to a server or save them in a database. Do not enter sensitive information. Submitting a form currently creates neither an order nor a callback request. Your browser may independently offer its own autofill feature.
Hosting and security
The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. When a page loads, Cloudflare processes technical data such as the IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information to deliver and secure the service. This is separate from the inactive forms.

Before enabling enquiries, the notice must identify the controller and contact details, purposes and legal bases, recipients, any transfers outside the EEA and safeguards, specific retention periods and how to exercise rights. Without verifying the provider’s settings, we cannot promise a single retention period for technical logs or storage exclusively within the EU.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to certain processing. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred. A specific controller contact for these requests has not yet been provided.
